•	Greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments and respond to customer issues
•	Use value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales
•	Verify the accuracy of guests’ orders
•	Prepare and package Food and Beverage for guests
•	Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment and area, dining room, restrooms and grounds
•	Maintain Health and Safety standards in work areas
•	Unload and stock inventory items as needed
•	Perform duties at multiple workstations (e.g., front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter, etc.)
•	Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
•	Follow BURGER KING® uniform and grooming standards and policies;
•	Work to resolve issues that may arise in the restaurant
•	Learn team effectiveness skills and work with others to achieve team goals
•	Communicate in a positive manner with customers, peers and managers
•	Good verbal communication skills in English and French
•	Use proper procedures to ensure the accuracy of every order for every guest
•	Help support speed of service targets by working quickly and efficiently to fill orders and meet guest’s needs
•	Promptly execute service recovery for any guest concerns or complaints by making it right with the guest, regardless of involvement in the issue.
